Search & filters
Nested AND/OR filters, saved filters and the ⌘K command palette.
You find work two ways: the ⌘K command palette for quick access, and the advanced filter builder for precise queries.
Command palette (⌘K)
- Search tasks, boards, docs and people. Results appear instantly
- Navigate by keyboard; jump quickly between boards and pages
- Run common actions (new task, create board) directly
Advanced filter builder
- Build complex conditions with nested AND/OR groups
- 14 operators: equals, contains, is empty, range, before/after, in set, and more
- Filter on any field: status, assignee, priority, issue type, version, custom fields
- Save the result together with its list columns
Saved filters
Save filters you use often, favorite them, and open them with one click from the sidebar. Saved filters also feed dashboard widgets.
Sharing a filter
You can share a saved filter with your team: pick "Share" from the menu next to the filter and choose people or groups. They see it under "Shared with you" and can run it; only the owner can edit or delete it. Sharing with a group ties access to group membership: whoever joins sees the filter, whoever leaves does not.
Sharing never opens up new data. When you run a shared filter the results stay limited to the boards you can access; a filter spanning several boards shows you only the work on boards you are a member of.
