Quick start
Create your first board, add tasks and invite your team.
After installing MyWay (see Installation) you can get your first workspace running in minutes. This page walks the first end-to-end flow.
Step by step
- 1Log in and create a new board from the left sidebar “+”; pick Kanban, Scrum or Docs.
- 2Choose a workflow template — statuses and transitions come preset and can be customized later.
- 3Add your first work items via “New task”; set issue type (Epic/Story/Task/Bug), assignee, priority and an estimate.
- 4Invite your team by email from the Members tab; give each member a board role.
- 5Drag cards to move them forward; on a Scrum board create a sprint from the backlog and start it.
- 6Optionally connect the board to a Git repo from the top-right gear, and create a dashboard.
Each board is independent: it has its own workflow, members, custom fields and permissions. One person can hold different roles across boards.
