These terms govern the purchase and use of a MyWay license.
License
MyWay is offered as an on-prem license on an annual subscription basis. The license grants the right to run it on your own infrastructure with unlimited users for your organization.
Updates and renewal
While your license is active you get all product updates and new add-ons. If it is not renewed, the software keeps running; you continue using your current version and its components, and only stop receiving new updates, add-ons and features.
Payment and refunds
Payment is collected through Paddle as Merchant of Record; invoicing and refunds are subject to Paddle’s terms. You can try the live demo before buying.
Source code
The license grants the right to use the software; source code is not included.
Limitation of liability
The software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
